Echinacea extract is standardized to 4% Echinacoside to support the immune system.* This product also contains Echinacea purpurea herb for optimal effectiveness.
Suggested Use & Directions

Take 1 capsule twice daily, preferably with food. For intensive use take 2 capsules twice daily. For best results take Echinacea for 4-6 weeks followed by a two week break before restarting use.
