Traditionally, Chai is a brewed beverage combining flavor rich spices and black tea with milk and a sweetener. Uncle Lee's Green Tea with Lemon Chai (pronounced "cheye") is a unique blend of traditional East Indian spices. Eleuthero Ginseng and Organic Green Tea, with all of its anti-oxidant qualities. It's lower in caffeine than coffee or black tea and naturally sweet so you can avoid the extra calories of sweeteners. Made with 100% organic ingredients. Suggested Use & Directions

To brew a perfect cup of green tea, place one tea bag into your favorite cup. Pour one cup of fresh boiling water over the bag. Steep 4 to 6 minutes and remove the bag.
