Dosage: Adults: 2 teaspoons (10 g), preferably 1 teaspoon (5 g) twice daily with at least 10-12 ounces of your favorite beverage. Children (6-12 years): 1/3 the adult dose up to 2 times daily. Suggested use for better results: Super Colon Cleanse may be used alternately with our top selling Colon Cleanse. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your physician before using this product. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children.
